Guidelines to the Parents

The whole hearted co-operation of the parents with the school authorities alone will enable their children to make the best use of the facilities provided by the school. Hence parental co-operation is expected:

  • Parents /Guardians are requested to look into the School Dairy of their ward DAILY.Remarks made into the diary should be seen and countersigned REGULARY.
  • If you observe that your ward is not assigned home work for some time ,or that he/she is unable to follow the lesson ,the Principal should be contacted.
  • Parents can meet the teachers during the interval.
  • Parents /Guardians should not visit the class rooms during the class hours except with the permission of the principal.
  • Please see that your ward keeps this dairy carefully and brings it to the school DAILY. If lost, the pupil will get a duplicate dairy upon a written request from the guardian.A fine of Rs. 50/- and actual cost will be charged for the new dairy.
  • All remittance to the school should be entered in the dairy and signed by you. Please check whether the class teacher has countersigned it on the same day.
  • Parents should apply in writing in the diary if children are required home during school hours for some serious affair.
  • No pupil will be sent home during class hours alone or through another party sent by the parents without a written authorisation from them.
  • The parents are reminded that withdrawal from classes for mere social functions is not recommended ,because it retards the child's progress in school and minimizes his/her respect for regular hard work with consequent failure to progress in his/her studies.
  • Children suffering from infections or contagious diseases should keep away from school until they recover and they should ,on return ,produce a doctor's certificate of fitness.
  • Criticism of a student's teacher or school in his/her presence should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the student to lose respect to the teacher or school with the consequent failure to learn. Should you have a legitimate compliant, meet the Principal without fear or reprisal.
